9/11 TAP Newsletter - February (2019)

The 9/11 Truth Action Project (911 TAP) was founded in 2016 and has focused on becoming the grass roots organization seeking justice and accountability for the crimes of 9/11. Throughout 2018, 911TAP, has continued to pursue this goal and has aided other key 9/11 focused organizations in their outreach effort.  2018 has been a watershed for the 9/11 movement which has seen the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry file their petition demanding that the U.S. Attorney present to a Special Grand Jury extensive evidence of yet-to-be-prosecuted federal crimes relating to the destruction of three World Trade Center Towers on 9/11

Every day in my article comments and social media I get people warning me that this or that journalist, activist or politician is “controlled opposition”, meaning someone who pretends to oppose the establishment while covertly serving it. These warnings usually come after I’ve shared or written about something a dissident figure has said or done, and are usually accompanied by an admonishment not to ever do so again lest I spread their malign influence. Special Operations, Psychological Warfare Operations, and Disinformation Campaigns are used to promote a social, political, or economic agenda to a target population. They are all closely related and are taught in the same schools. The US has schools like the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the Defense Information School, Fort Meade, Maryland.

There are similar schools in other countries like France, Spain, the UK, Russia etc.

Following its successful debut at two street fairs in Portland (see Portland Truth Booth Article), the 911TAP Truth Booth made its first out-of-town appearance this past October at the Saturday Market in Eugene, Oregon. The Eugene event received more of the same strong interest and positive response seen in Portland. Based on this repeated experience, it is clear that the 911TAP Truth Booth is ready to break out in 2019, across more cities and towns and across more states in the country.

One month to the day after President Kennedy’s assassination, the Washington Post published an article by former president Harry Truman.

I think it has become necessary to take another look at the purpose and operations of our Central Intelligence Agency—CIA. At least, I would like to submit here the original reason why I thought it necessary to organize this Agency during my Administration, what I expected it to do and how it was to operate as an arm of the President.

Truman had envisioned the CIA as an impartial information and intelligence collector from “every available source.”

But their collective information reached the President all too frequently in conflicting conclusions. At times, the intelligence reports tended to be slanted to conform to established positions of a given department. This becomes confusing and what’s worse, such intelligence is of little use to a President in reaching the right decisions.
